Shipping

All physical items are fulfilled by our trusted production partners. Depending on your location and product availability, items may be shipped from various countries including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and others.

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Customs fees may apply upon delivery.

Most physical items are made to order and ship within 2–5 business days.

Yes, tracking details are sent to your email as soon as your item ships.

We do not collect VAT at checkout.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT or customs duties directly to their local tax or customs authority upon delivery.

For international orders (outside the U.S.), customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office, not by us.

We do not prepay or collect these fees at checkout.

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs clearance timelines. While most orders arrive on time, international shipments may be delayed due to local regulations or inspection.

No. Digital items are available for instant download after payment is completed.

Returns

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. See our Refund Policy or full details.

No. Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Personalized items, digital downloads, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Email us at info@inxpiredesign.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Digital Products

For TEMPLETT templates, yes, any template purchased from our store will expire within 6 months. This is necessary to prevent any copyright infringement. If you would like to use your template after it expired, please get in touch with us at info@inxpiredesign.com

For CANVA templates are lifetime access.

Templett is an online editor where you can customise your templates easily without any hassle. When you purchase a template from our shop, Templett automatically creates an account for you and email your access link to the email address associated with your order. You can then start customising your templates!

  • Placement of the Texts

Templett also gives you a chance to try your wordings on a DEMO prior to purchase! You can see a DEMO link in the product descriptions of each item.

Canva is a user-friendly online design platform where you can easily customize your purchased templates. With a free Canva account, you can edit text, colors to create unique templates to your event. No design skills are needed .

You will need to create a FREE Canva account to access your template(s) at www.canva.com Canva is super easy to use but I offer tips in my PDF Instructions Guide once you purchase!

Everything in our templates is editable EXCEPT the graphics. Graphics, clip arts (floral clip arts, watercolour background etc.) used in our templates are designed by different artists and the copyrights of those artworks belong to them.

For small prints such as invitations, RSVP cards, menus, wedding programs, table numbers and others, we would recommend paper stock higher than 280-300 gsm (110-130lb). Matte papers with a slight texture on them look really lovely with our templates. Templates with script and no artwork would look nice on shimmer paper, too. You can ask for your print shop's or paper provider's advice on that.

For larger prints such as welcome signs and seating charts, we would recommend printing on foam board / mounted card stock.
